The way they win the game against the Calloway Cadets is satisfying. The way that our main trio help out the ghoul school is great, as Scrappy helped convince Shaggy and Scooby see not all monsters are bad.Revolta is a pretty great and evil villain, and has an assistant, Grim Creeper, who’s a hilarious side-villain.There are other likable characters, like Miss Grimwood, Matches, and the Calloway Cadets. The five ghoul girls (Sibella, Elsa Frankenteen, Winnie, Phantasma “Phanty”, and Tanis) are fantastic and well-developed characters with an interesting backstory.Susan Blu (one of her better roles), Pat Musick, Marilyn Schreffler, Russi Taylor and Patty Maloney were all great playing the ghoul girls.Especially from Casey Kasem as Shaggy, and Don Messick as Scooby and Scrappy. It was nice to see the van from the above mentioned Scooby-Doo show again.Shaggy still looks good in his clothes from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo.

Scrappy is also still likable here, retaining his better personality and voice from the three previous Scooby-Doo TV shows and the previous Scooby-Doo movie. Shaggy and Scooby are still their lovable selves.

It has a fantastic soundtrack composed by Sven Libaek, and there’s also Scrappy’s Rap, which was a good rap song.Good animation, like the previous Scooby-Doo movie.Nice to see real monsters again, fits well with the franchise. The story is actually interesting and great for the franchise, the main trio, Shaggy, Scooby and Scrappy helping a girls’ school, but the students are monsters and ghosts.

Locked in the building in the dead of night, the dauntless trio find themselves in a classroom full of monsters and ghosts. Scooby, his somewhat more courageous nephew Scrappy Doo, and hygienically challenged human cohort Shaggy, take jobs as gym teachers at a highly suspicious girls' finishing school.
